Aurio

Music
without
the license

Aurio streams curated, license-free music to every location and every zone you run — with its own schedule and volume, hour by hour. No collecting-society fees, no paperwork, no silence.

A typical Czech venue pays thousands of crowns a year for background music rights. Aurio plays music that was never in that repertoire.

Start playing

01

Plug it in

Power, ethernet or Wi-Fi, and a cable to your amplifier. The player is ready in under five minutes.

02

Set up your zones

Create a location, add a zone for every player, and give each one its own channels, schedule and volume.

03

Forget about it

Schedules, volume curves and updates run by themselves across every location. You control it all from your phone.

Every room, its own sound

Aurio is built for venues with more than one speaker line. Create locations, split them into independent zones, and tell each zone what to play, when, and how loud.

Unlimited locations

Add every gym, cafe or salon you run to one account. Each location keeps its own channels, schedule and opening hours.

Independent zones

A location can run as many zones as it has players: gym floor, reception, studio, spa. Each zone plays its own music at its own volume.

Scheduled by the hour

Draw a weekly plan per zone. Morning calm, midday drive, evening wind-down — Aurio switches channels on its own.

Volume curves

Set a target volume for every time block, so the room is never too loud at 7 a.m. or too quiet at peak hour.

Questions

Why do I not pay collecting-society fees?

Every track in the Aurio catalogue is released under an open license that already allows public playback in commercial spaces. There is no repertoire from OSA or Intergram involved, so there is nothing left to report or pay for.

Can I not just use Spotify?

Consumer services are licensed for personal listening only. Playing them in a business breaks their terms and still leaves you owing public performance fees.

What happens if the internet drops?

The player keeps a local buffer of your channels and continues playing offline until the connection is back.

How many rooms can one player handle?

One player drives one audio zone. A location can have as many zones as you like — gym floor, reception, studio — each with its own music, schedule and volume, all managed from a single account.

Can I manage several locations?

Yes. Add every venue you run to one account, group its zones under it, and copy a working schedule from one location to another in a couple of taps.

Is the music any good?

It is curated, not random. Every channel is hand-checked so a gym floor sounds like a gym floor and a cafe sounds like a cafe.
