Controller

METAGYM, s.r.o., IČ 07015887, K Beranovu 1190/17, 184 00 Praha, Czech Republic, e-mail jarda@metagym.cz, is the controller of your personal data.

What we process and why

• Pre-order / lead data — name, company, address, IČ/DIČ, e-mail, phone, number of zones and your message. Legal ground: steps taken before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• Order and invoicing data — once a binding order is placed, kept to comply with accounting and tax law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), for 10 years.
• Support communication — kept on the ground of our legitimate interest in resolving your requests and defending legal claims (Art. 6(1)(f)), for 3 years.

Pre-order data that does not become part of an order is deleted 1 year after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling and we do not send marketing e-mails without your consent.

Processors

We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) to deliver order e-mails, Lovable for hosting the website, and our accounting office. All process data within the EU or under standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data.

Cookies

This website uses only technical cookies necessary for it to work. No analytics or advertising cookies are set, so no cookie consent is required.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object. Write to jarda@metagym.cz and we answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, uoou.cz).
